Quickstart
Create a vehicle, contact, and transaction from start to finish.
Basics
Learn the dashboard, location selector, search, pins, and notifications.
Before the team begins
- Confirm the dealership name and each location's address and contact details.
- Add the logo, banner, and website details shoppers should see.
- Invite team members and choose the locations where they work.
- Review included features and usage in Settings > Plans and Usage.
- Create one Draft vehicle, one contact, and one Pending transaction.
- List a test vehicle and check the public storefront.
Choose the location first
DealerSpot calls each dealership location a branch. Select the correct location before creating a vehicle, contact, transaction, or post so the record appears in the right place.
What to prepare

- A logo and banner for each storefront
- Team email addresses and the locations where each person works
