Inventory
Manage your dealership's vehicle inventory
The Inventory module is the core of your dealership operations. Track every vehicle from acquisition to sale with detailed specifications, pricing, and documentation.
Introduction
Your inventory list displays all vehicles with key information at a glance:
- Stock number and VIN
- Year, make, model
- Asking price
- Status (Draft, Listed, Sold)
- Days in inventory
Vehicle Statuses
| Status | Description | Storefront Visibility |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | Vehicle is being prepared, not ready for sale | Hidden |
| Listed | Vehicle is available for purchase | Visible |
| Sold | Vehicle has been sold | Hidden |
Vehicles transition to Sold automatically when included in a completed transaction.
Filtering and Search
Find vehicles quickly using the filter options:
- Search - Search by stock number, VIN, or title
- Make - Filter by manufacturer
- Model - Filter by model
- Vehicle Type - Filter by vehicle type
- Condition - New or Used
- Status - Draft, Listed, or Sold
- Year Range - Filter by year
- Price Range - Filter by asking price
Plan Limits

| Standard | 40 vehicles |
| Professional | Unlimited |
When you reach your plan limit, you'll need to upgrade or remove vehicles before adding more.
Quick Actions
From the inventory list, you can:
- Add Vehicle - Create a new inventory entry
- Bulk Delete - Remove multiple vehicles at once
- Pin - Pin important vehicles for quick access
