Manage leads, prospects, and customers in your CRM

The Contacts module is your customer relationship management (CRM) system. Track everyone from initial inquiries to repeat buyers.

Introduction

Your contacts list displays:

  • Name and contact information
  • Status (Lead, Prospect, Customer)
  • Lead source
  • Interested vehicles
  • Associated transactions

Contact Statuses

StatusDescription
LeadInitial contact, has shown interest
ProspectQualified lead, actively shopping
CustomerHas completed a purchase

Use status tabs to filter your view:

  • All - Every contact
  • Leads - New inquiries
  • Prospects - Active shoppers
  • Customers - Past buyers

Contact Types

Contacts can be either:

  • Personal - Individual buyers
  • Business - Companies purchasing vehicles

Business contacts have additional fields for company information.

Lead Sources

Track where contacts come from:

  • Walk-in
  • Phone
  • Website
  • Social
  • Referral

Understanding your lead sources helps optimize marketing efforts.

Quick Actions

From the contacts list:

  • Add Contact - Create a new contact
  • Pin - Pin important contacts for quick access
  • Filter - Filter by status, source, or search term

Vehicle Interests

Link contacts to vehicles they're interested in:

  1. Open a contact
  2. Navigate to Interested Vehicles
  3. Add vehicles from your inventory

This helps track which vehicles appeal to which buyers and enables targeted follow-ups.
