Choose a settings page

General

Update the dealership name, manage team members and invitations, and review the branch list.

Branches

Set up each location's address, contact details, branding, and storefront. Owners and Admins can also add, recover, or remove locations.

Billing

Review your plan, included features, current usage, and Chrome Extension access. Select Manage Plan when you need the billing portal.

AI

Give Spot a dealership-wide brand voice and simple instructions. Always review Spot's work before using it. These settings do not change the separate vehicle Listing generator.

Review access after staffing changes

Have an Owner or Admin check team roles and branch assignments whenever someone joins, changes locations, or leaves the dealership.

  1. Confirm the dealership name in General.
  2. Complete each branch's address and contact details.
  3. Set up each storefront address, logo, banner, and appearance.
  4. Invite team members and choose their branches.
  5. Review plan usage in Billing.
  6. Add clear instructions for Spot.

Custom fields are managed on records

Vehicle, contact, and transaction custom fields are managed from the Details page for those records. They do not have a separate page in Settings.
