Use Spot, vehicle writing help, notes, mentions, and activity to keep work moving.
DealerSpot puts AI help and team communication inside the records your dealership already uses. Spot can answer questions and help with everyday tasks. Notes and mentions keep decisions connected to each contact, vehicle, and transaction.
These features are built into DealerSpot. You do not need a separate account.

Ask Spot for help
Spot can help with tasks such as:
- Finding vehicles, contacts, transactions, posts, branches, and calendar events
- Summarizing sales and dealership activity
- Creating or updating supported records
- Adding notes and vehicle expenses
- Creating calendar events
- Connecting contacts and vehicles to a transaction
- Turning dealership information into a chart
Spot uses the page, filters, and selected records you are working with. It follows the dealership and branch access available to you.
Calendar events are shared across the dealership
Calendar events are not limited by branch in the same way as vehicles, contacts, and transactions. Check the branch, contact, vehicle, and assigned teammates before asking Spot to create or update an event.
Draft vehicle listing copy
On a vehicle's Listing tab, use the sparkle button to draft a title or description from saved vehicle details. There is no question box for this button.
The draft appears in the regular text box, so you can correct facts, improve the wording, and remove unsupported claims before saving.
The Posts editor does not currently include a Generate button. You can ask Spot for a draft, then review and add the approved text to the post editor.
Keep the team informed
The General tab for vehicles, contacts, and transactions includes Activity. From there, teammates can:
- Add a note to the record
- Mention someone who needs to follow up
- Filter the timeline to find notes, assignments, or status changes
- See who made a tracked change and when
This keeps important context with the customer, vehicle, or deal.
Always review AI-assisted work
Check names, dates, vehicle details, totals, tax or financing language, and public claims before saving or publishing. AI can speed up the work, but your dealership makes the final decision.
Other time-saving features
- VIN decoding fills available vehicle details when you create a Draft.
- Automatic tax mode uses the selected transaction location and supported tax rules.
- Document generation fills available forms with saved dealership and transaction details.
- Chrome Extension import creates a Draft vehicle from supported listing pages.
