Linking Contacts
Associate contacts with events to track customer interactions.
Adding Contacts to Events
- Create or edit an event
- In the Contacts section, click Add Contact
- Search and select the contact
- Save the event

Multiple Contacts
You can add multiple contacts to a single event. Useful for:
- Joint appointments (couples, business partners)
- Group meetings
- Multi-party deals
Linking Vehicles
Associate vehicles with events to track interest and demo history.
Adding Vehicles to Events
- Create or edit an event
- In the Vehicles section, click Add Vehicle
- Search and select the vehicle
- Save the event

Test-Drive Tracking
For test-drive events:
- Link the customer contact
- Link the vehicle(s) being tested
- Add notes about their feedback
This creates a complete record of the test-drive.

Assign events to team members for accountability and calendar visibility.
Adding Team Members
- Create or edit an event
- In the Members section, click Add Member
- Select team members
- Save the event

- Interest history

- Create a Task event
- Link the lead contact
- Set due date
- Assign to salesperson
- Mark complete when done
Test-Drive
- Create a Test-Drive event
- Set date and time
- Link the customer
- Link vehicle(s) to test
- Assign to salesperson
Delivery Appointment
- Create a Meeting event
- Set delivery date and time
- Link the buyer contact
- Link the sold vehicle
- Add delivery instructions in description
Best Practices
- Always link relevant contacts and vehicles
- Assign team members for accountability
- Use descriptive titles (e.g., "Test Drive - John Smith - 2024 Camry")
- Add details in descriptions
- Update status promptly
