Configure basic information and branding

Configure your dealership's identity and how it appears to customers.

Accessing Dealership Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Select Dealership

Basic Information

Dealership Name

Your business name as it appears:

  • In the dashboard
  • On your storefront
  • In communications

Dealer Number

Your official dealer license number (optional).

Description

A brief description of your dealership:

  • Appears on your storefront
  • Used for SEO purposes
  • Keep it under 160 characters for optimal display

Subdomain

Your DealerSpot subdomain (e.g., yourname.dealerspot.dev):

  • Set during onboarding
  • Can be changed if needed
  • Must be unique

Branding

Upload your dealership logo:

  • Used in header and favicon
  • Recommended: square image, 200x200px minimum
  • Formats: PNG, JPG

A banner or hero image:

  • Displays on homepage
  • Used in social sharing
  • Recommended: 1200x630px

Font

Select a display font for your storefront (if applicable).

Theme

Choose your storefront theme:

Contact Information

Phone Numbers

Add multiple phone lines:

  • Main line
  • Sales
  • Service
  • After hours

Email Addresses

Configure email contacts:

  • Sales inquiries
  • Support

Address

Your physical location:

  • Street address
  • City, State, ZIP
  • County
  • Country

Hours of Operation

Set your business hours by day of the week.

Social Media

Link to your social profiles:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Twitter/X
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube

Additional Options

404 Message

Customize the message shown on not-found pages:

  • Use friendly language
  • Suggest alternatives
  • Include contact info

Chat Widget

Configure the chat widget:

Saving Changes

After making changes:

  1. Click Save
  2. Changes apply immediately
