Plans and Usage

Review plan features, current usage, locations, and Facebook Marketplace access.

Open Settings > Billing to see your current plan, included features, and monthly usage. Owners and Admins should manage this area.

Standard supports the core dealership workflow. Professional adds unlimited vehicle and transaction records, more AI use, a larger team, and a custom storefront domain.

Read your usage

Vehicles

The vehicle count includes every vehicle record, including Sold vehicles.

Team members

The team count includes the Owner and all active team members. Pending invitations appear separately. Check the team list after several people accept invitations.

Transactions

The transaction count includes records created during the current calendar month. Completing or canceling a transaction does not lower the count. Deleting a transaction created this month does, so delete records only when they are no longer needed.

AI use

A message sent to Spot can increase both AI Requests and AI Messages. The AI Actions number may not always match the changes Spot made. Check the Activity section on the vehicle, contact, or transaction when you need to confirm a change.

Monthly usage starts over each month

Transaction and AI usage start over on the first day of each calendar month.

Manage your plan

Select Manage Plan to open the billing portal. Use the portal to review your plan, invoices, payment details, and cancellation information.

Add or recover a location

Open Settings > Branches to add a location or recover a recently deleted one. After making a change, check the active branch list before continuing.

Check Chrome Extension access

Vehicle imports work without the extension add-on. Facebook Marketplace posting requires the add-on shown on the Billing page. After changing access, close and reopen the extension.

When you reach a limit

DealerSpot shows which limit stopped the action. Depending on the message, you can remove an unused record, wait until the next calendar month, reduce the team size, or change the plan.

  • Vehicle limit: you cannot create another vehicle record.
  • Team limit: you cannot send another invitation.
  • Transaction limit: you cannot create another transaction during the current month.
  • AI limit: the message explains which monthly AI limit you reached.

Your existing records remain available.
