Supported States

Tennessee (TN)

Tennessee vehicle sales tax has three components:

Local rates by county:

  • 2.75% - 92 counties (most counties, including Davidson)
  • 2.50% - Moore

Example: $25,000 vehicle in Davidson County:

State Tax:          $25,000 x 0.07                          = $1,750.00
Local Tax:          min($25,000, $1,600) x 0.0275           = $44.00
Single Article Tax: (min($25,000, $3,200) - $1,600) x 0.0275 = $44.00
Total:                                                        $1,838.00

Georgia (GA)

Georgia uses TAVT (Title Ad Valorem Tax) instead of sales tax:

Automatic Tax Calculation

  1. Enable Auto Calculate Taxes on the transaction
  2. Enter the buyer's county of residence
  3. Taxes calculate automatically based on state and county

  1. Disable Auto Calculate Taxes
  2. Enter each tax amount directly

Adding Fees

  1. Open the transaction
  2. Navigate to the Fees section
  3. Enter the amount for each applicable fee
  4. Save

Fee Guidelines

  • Doc Fee - Covers paperwork preparation. Many states cap this fee.
  • Title/License - Pass-through fees for DMV title and registration
  • Other - Any additional fees (delivery, prep, etc.)

Discounts

Apply a discount to reduce the total:
